We would like to inform you of an essential maintenance event that will take place at our Singapore Data Centre, where our Reseller servers are located. This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services, but it may result in temporary disruptions to your services and the servers under your management.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Monday, 30th October 2023 Time: 01:30 - 03:30 GMT+0530
Expected Downtime: Up to 60 minutes
During this maintenance window, the Reseller servers will experience temporary loss of internet connectivity. However, we want to reassure you that there will be no power cycle for the servers, and all data and configurations will remain intact.
Our dedicated team of technicians will exert their best efforts to complete this crucial maintenance as swiftly as possible. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of this work, we were unable to provide advance notice, and for this, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
